| 摘 要： | 目的研究清肺饮对甲型流感病毒、乙型流感病毒的预防、治疗作用.方法运用病毒的组织培养技术,采用细胞病变抑制试验、血凝滴度法、血球吸附法,研究清肺饮粗提物对流感病毒的直接作用、预防作用和流感病毒感染后的治疗作用.结果①对流感病毒的预防作用和直接灭活作用:清肺饮组半数组织培养感染量比病毒对照组低2 Log以上,且与药物浓度呈正相关;②对狗肾传代细胞感染流感病毒后的治疗作用:其半数组织培养感染量比病毒对照组低1.5 Log以上.结论清肺饮具有直接抑制甲型流感病毒、乙型流感病毒的作用,且呈明显量效关系;对这两型病毒具有显著预防、治疗作用. |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the preventive and therapeutic activities of Qingfeiyin on influenzavirus A and B. Methods Cell culture, CPE test, HD, and HA were used to study the direct inactivation, preventive and therapeutic activities to influenzavirus. Results In the prevental action and the direct inactivated action tests, the TCID50 in Qingfeiyin group was lower by over 2 Logs than that of the control group, and this effect was concentration-dependent. In the therapeutic action to infected MDCK cells, the TCID50 in Qingfeiyin group was lower by over 1.5 Logs than that of the control group. Conclusion Qingfeiyin can inhibit the activity of influenzavirus A and B, and the effect is concentration-dependent. |
