胰岛素与重组表皮生长因子复方凝胶剂抗大鼠皮肤溃疡的实验研究

摘    要:目的 研究胰岛素与重组表皮生长因子复方凝胶剂治疗大鼠皮肤溃疡的效果.方法 30只大鼠采用自身对照法,在每只大鼠身上制备4个溃疡,随机分为胰岛素治疗组(A组,30例)、胰岛素与重组表皮生长因子复方治疗组(B组,30例)、生长因子组(C组,30例)和空白对照组(D组,30例).治疗后3、5、7及10d分别观察各组溃疡面积变化,将愈合程度按0~100%打分,以评价修复效果.结果 治疗后3d,4组均有少许愈合,但创面愈合率差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后5d,A、B及C组与D组创面愈合率差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后7d,B组、C组及A组创面愈合率呈现下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后10d,各组溃疡基本完全愈合,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 应用胰岛素与重组表皮生长因子复方凝胶剂可加速大鼠皮肤溃疡的愈合.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of insulin and recombinant human epidermal growth factor plus on healing skin ulcers in rats.MethodsThirty Wistar rats,in the self-control way,were used in this study.Four skin ulcers were prepared in every rat.Those rats were divided into the insulin treatment group(group A,n=30),insulin and recombinant human epidermal growth factor treatment group(group B,n=30),the recombinant human epidermal growth factor treatment group(group C,n=30) and the control group(group D,n=30).After treatment for 3 days,5 days,7 days and 10 days,ulcer area changes were observed;the repairing effect was evaluated by healing degree according to 0~100% score.ResultsThree days after treatment,each group showed healing effect in some extent with no significant differences(P > 0.05).Five days after treatment,four groups showed significant differences in healing rates(P < 0.05).Seven days after treatment,healing rates showed decrease,with significant differences(P < 0.05).Ten days after treatment,each basic ulcer healed completely,with no significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusions Local application of recombinant human epidermal growth factor plus insulin might improve healing skin ulcers in rats.
