| 摘 要： | 目的:通过102例全血标本压积的检测,比较XE- 2100血细胞分析仪法和微量法的差别.方法:我院随机健康体检标本,严格按操作要求,经两种方法分别进行标本检测,测定红细胞压积数值.结果:血细胞分析仪法和微量法无显著性差异(F值=1.7804,P＞0.05).结论:两种方法均可进行血细胞压积检测.

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the difference between Sysmex XE-2100 hematology analyzers and microhematotrit method in hematocrit levels.Methods:102 anticoagulated blood samples were collected in random order and hematocrit values were measured according to instructions.Results:The statistics showed that there was no difference between two methods(P>0.05).Conclusion:Two methods are suitable for hematocrit test. |
