阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征病人生活质量分析研究

目的:探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)对病人生活质量的影响因素。方法:对93例OSAHS病人用中文版健康调查量表(SF-36)评估生活质量,白天嗜睡(excessive daytime sleepiness,EDS)用ESS(Epworth sleepiness scale)量表评分。分析年龄、性别、体质量指数、嗜睡与否对SF-36量表8个维度得分的影响。结果:SF-36量表中各维度与性别无相关性;SF-36量表中有4个维度分值与年龄有关;嗜睡组有5个维度分值与非嗜睡组有统计学意义;有7个维度分值分别与人体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)和夜间睡眠最低氧饱和度(lowest Oxygen saturation,LSaO2)均有关;有6个维度分值与呼吸暂停低通气指数(apnea hypopnea in-dex,AHI)有关。结论:年龄、人体质量指数、嗜睡与否、夜间睡眠最低氧饱和度、呼吸暂停低通气指数是影响OS-AHS病人生活质量的因素,对生活质量有负面影响。

EVALUATION THE LIFE QUALITY OF PATIENT WITH OBSTRUCTIVE SLEEP APNEA HYPOPNEA SYNDROME USING SF- 36 HEALTH SURVEY

Objective:To investigate the effects of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)on patients’life quality.Methods:The quality of life in patients with OSAHS was assessed with the Medical Outcomes study SF-36 Health Survey in 93 patients.Excessive Daytime sleepiness(EDS)was assessed with Epworth sleepiness scale(ESS).Influences of age,gender,body mass index(BMI),EDS,and polysommography(PSG)parameters were analyzed for each domain score of SF-36 Health Survey.Results:There was no significant difference in all domains of SF-36 in different genders;while four domains of SF-36 had correlated with age;five with EDS;seven with BMI and lowest Oxygen saturation(LSaO2);six with apnea hypopnea index(AHI).Conclusions:Age,BMI,EDS score,LSaO2,and AHI have negative influences on the quality of life in OSAHS patients.
