阿立哌唑与利醅酮治疗精神分裂症对照研究

目的:探讨阿立哌唑与利醅酮治疗首次发作精神分裂症的疗效及不良反应.方法:将符合中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准第3版的63例首发精神分裂症患者,随机分为阿立哌唑组与利醅酮组.疗程6周.采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)及副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应.结果:阿立哌唑组显效率及有效率分别为61.3％和87.1％,利醅酮组分别为62.5％和84.4％,两组疗效差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).阿立哌唑组在治疗2周末阴性症状因子分即有明显下降,而利醅酮组在治疗4周末才显著下降.阿立哌唑在锥体外系反应、体质量增加、月经改变等小于利醅酮.结论:阿立哌唑对首发精神分裂症患者的疗效与利醅酮相仿,不良反应轻微,阴性症状改善较快.

A Comparative Study of Aripiprazole and Risperidone in the Treatment of Schizophrenia

Objective:To explore the efficacy and side effect of Aripiprazole and Risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Method:63 patients met CCMD-3 first onset schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups Risperidone group and aripiprazloe group.The treatment course is 6 weeks.The positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS) was used to evaluate the efficacy,while the treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS) was used to assess the side effects.Result:Aripiprazole group significant efficiency and the effective rate was 87.1% and 61.3%,the risperidone group were 62.5% and 84.4%,two groups of curative effect(P>0.05) is similar.Negative symptoms factor has dropped significantly 2 weeks late in Aripiprazole group and that is 4 weeks late in Risperidone group.Extrapyramidal reactions,weight gain,menstruation change in Aripiprazole group is less than Risperidone group.Conclusion:Aripiprazole is similar with Risperidone in treatments with first onset schizophrenia patients,side effect is less negative symptoms improve quickly.
