| 摘 要： | 椎间盘退变是导致腰腿痛的最主要原因之一.椎间盘退变在细胞水平的主要表现包括髓核细胞退变、髓核细胞外基质退变、软骨终板和纤维环退变.目前临床治疗的主要方法是保守治疗、传统手术治疗、微创治疗,目的是缓解症状,其治疗效果不能令人十分满意.而致力于生物学功能恢复的方法逐渐引起人们的重视.

| Abstract: | Disc degeneration is one of the major cause of low back pain.Disc degeneration at the cellular level of the main features include degeneration of nucleus pulposus cells,extracellular matrix degeneration nucleus pulposus,annulus fibrosus and cartilage endplate degeneration.Currently the main method of clinical treatment is conservative treatment,conventional surgery,minimally invasive treatment,the purpose is to relieve symptoms,the treatment can not be very satisfactory.But rather to restore the biological function of the method is gaining attention. |
