实施"知己健康管理"对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇干预的分析

目的:探讨实施"知己健康管理"对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇的临床意义.方法:选择2010年1月至12月在我院产科门诊建卡的GDM孕妇104例,随机均分为实验组和对照组各52例.实验组通过运用"知己健康管理"的模式对GDM孕妇进行干预,观察组按照传统方法进行健康宣教.结果:实验组孕妇心理状况、贫血症状改善情况、体重指数变化、GDM知识掌握率及孕妇健康行为改善率与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:对GDM孕妇实施"知己健康管理"可以改善GDM孕妇心理状况,使其健康认知程度和健康状况得到显著提高,体重也得到有效改善,减少了并发症的发生,获得了良好妊娠结局.

Analysis of the implementation of confidant health administration on pregnant women with GDM

Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of the implementation of confidant health administration on pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods:Choosing 104 cases of pregnant women with GDM who had built cards in obstetrical outpatient of our hospital from January to December in 2010.One hundred and four cases were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group(n=52 for each).The pregnant women of experimental group were treated with "confidant health administration" while the control group were treated with health propaganda and education which is a traditional way.Results:Compared with the control group,the mental condition,the improvement of anemia symptom,the change of body mass index(BMI),the rate of awareness of the knowledge of GDM and the improvement rate of healthy behaviors of pregnant women significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of "confidant health administration" on pregnant woman can improve their mental condition,awareness of health degree and health condition as well as effectively improve the BMI and decrease the occurrence rate of complications which will lead to well pregnancy outcomes.
