MRI在桥小脑角区肿瘤临床诊断中的应用

目的:探讨桥小脑角区常见肿瘤的MRI表现,用以指导临床诊断及鉴别诊断。方法:回顾性分析100例经手术和病理证实桥小脑角区肿瘤的MRI资料,总结MRI表现及特征。结果:100例病人中,男性68例,女性32例,年龄12～72岁,平均55.47±9.68岁,左侧桥小脑角区36例,右侧64例。听神经瘤38例,含双侧发病的神经纤维瘤病Ⅱ型5例;表皮样囊肿28例;脑膜瘤20例;蛛网膜囊肿8例;三叉神经瘤4例;血管母细胞瘤1例;海绵状血管瘤1例。结论:MRI在桥小脑角区占位性病变的诊断及鉴别诊断中具有重要作用。

MRI APPLICATION IN CLINIC DIAGNOSIS OF CPA TUMOR

Objective:To explore the characteristics of MRI of cerebellum pontine angle(CPA)tumors in order to help clinical diagnosis and differentiation.Methods:MRI findings of 100 CPA tumor patients(68 male,32 female,age 55.47±9.68)with complete clinical and histo-pathological data were analyzed retrospectively.The imaging protocol included routine and enhanced T1-weighted imaging(T1WI),routine T2-weighted imaging(T2WI)and diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI).Results:Thirty-eight cases of acoustic neuromas(5 neurofibromatosis type II),26 of them with cystic degeneration revealed low signal on T1W1 and high signal on T2WI;all of the 28 cholesteatomas with high signal on DWI;the 17 of 20 meningiomas showed an enhanced dural tail;all 8 arachnoid cysts with cerebrospinal fluid signal;4 trigeminal neuroma with middle-posterior fossa mass.Conclusion:MRI could indicate the nature of CPA tumor and may play an role in CPA tumor diagnosis and differentiation.
