| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨抗抑郁药在强迫症治疗中引起躁狂发作的情况。方法：回顾性分析近10年中83例强迫症住院患者的临床资料。结果：治疗强迫症引起躁狂的发生率为19．28％，各种抗抑郁药均可引起。联合小剂量抗精神药可降低其发生率。结论：抗抑郁药物治疗强迫症可引起躁狂发作，其机制尚不清楚。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the likelihood of antidepressant-induced mania in obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). Method:Within 10 years,83 inpatients with OCD treated with chlorimipramine and SSRIs were analysed. Results:The incidence of antidepressant-induced mania in OCD was 19.28%.It might decrease by antidepressant combined with antipsychotic drugs. Conclusion: Antidepressant-induced mania may occur in OCD,but the mechanism is unknown yet. |
