| Abstract: | We report a case of 41-year-old man with idiopathic prostatic giant calculi presenting with voiding difficulty. To our knowledge this is the youngest case with idiopathic prostatic giant calculi reported in the literature. The etiopathogenesis of prostatic calculi are also discussed. |
