摘    要:目的:从免疫功能方面探讨中药白术的强身健体作用。方法:用100%白术水浸出液定给小鼠灌胃,然后测定其外周血白细胞(WBC)、脾脏及胸腺重量、抗体产生能力、淋巴细胞转化率、巨噬细胞吞噬率。结果:与对照组比,用药组小鼠胸腺和WBC有显著性差异(P<0.05)。其它指标有非常显著性差异(P<0.001),未见有副作用。结论:口服白术可明显增强机体的免疫功能。

Abstract:Objective: To research the immunology reinforcement effect of AMK from the viewpoint of immunity. Methods: We filled the stomaches of mice with 100% water extract of AMK regularly and tested white blood cells (WBC), weights of thymus and spleen, antibody production ability, lymphocyte transformation, phagocytosis rate of macrophage. Results: Compared with control group, the immune function of thymus and WBC increased significantly (P<0.05) and the immune function with the exception of thymus and WBC enhanced more significantly (P<0.001) in AMK group and with no side effect. Conclusion: Taking AMK orally can enhance immune function obviously.
