摘    要:目的:了解笔者所在医院泌尿生殖道感染患者支原体感染情况及耐药情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对2008年1月一2012年12月笔者所在医院就诊的5103例泌尿生殖道感染患者的分泌物进行解脲脲原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)培养和药敏试验,并对结果进行分类和统计分析。结果:5103例标本中共检出1855例,总检出率为36.3%。其中,解脲脲原体(Uu)占31.3%,人型支原体(Mh)占1.40石,混合感染(Uu+Mh)占3.7%。药敏结果显示敏感性最高的药物是多西环素、米诺环素、交沙霉素,敏感率大于85%。结论:多西环素、米诺环素、交沙霉素为我院治疗泌尿生殖支原体感染的首选药物,加强支原体耐药性监测。根据药敏报告合理选用抗生素,延缓耐药株产生。

Abstract:Objective:To understand the status of myooplasma infection and drug susceptibility in the Second Hospital Affiliated of Xinjiang Medical University and to provide reference basis for clinical rational drug use. Methods:To go to the hospital medical of 5103 cases with Genitourinary tract infection of patients secretions for solution Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and one type of Mycoplasma hominis (Mh) culture and drug sensitive test from Jan 2008 to Dec 2011. Results: Among 5103 specimens, 1855 cases of mycoplasma infection were detected with the total detection rate of 36.3%. And the positive rate of Ureaplasma urealytcumbn (Uu)31.3% and that of Mycoplasma hominis (Mh)was 1.4%.The total positive rate of Uu and Mh was 3.7%. The results of susceptibility test showed that the highest sensitivity of drugs to Deoxyoyeline, Minocycline and Josmycin ,Sensitive rate is more than 85%. Conclusion: Deoxyoycline, Minoeycline and Josmycin are the choices for the treatment of Genitourinary. Mycoplasma infection in our hospital to delay the deneration of antubiotics resistemee strain ,we can monitor the mycopasma resistamee and choose antibiotics properly based in the report about during sensiticty.
