白虎汤加减保留灌肠治疗小儿发热20例

目的加减白虎汤保留灌肠治疗小儿发热的临床疗效。方法选择儿童不同发热性疾病100例,随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例,在给予相同基础治疗的基础上,治疗组予羚羊角颗粒加减白虎汤保留灌肠治疗,对照组予美林退热口服液口服,疗程均为5d;比较两组的退热疗效。结果加减白虎汤保留灌肠与美林口服液治疗发热总有效率分别为92%和80%,两组在临床疗效比较有显著性差异,在退热效果上比较无显著性差异。结论白虎汤加减在临床上用于退热具有较好疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation on 20 Cases of Children Pyrexia Treated with Modified Baihu Decoction

Objective the clinical effect of modified BaihuTang E~＇oction retention enema in the treatment of children with fever. Methods 100 cases of children with different febrile diseases, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each group, based on the given the same basic treatment, the treatment group treated with antelope horn particles of modified Baihu Decoction retention enema treatment, the control group were given oral Merrill Anfipyretic Oral Liquid, treatment for 5D; antipyretic efficacy was compared between the two groups the. Results the modified Baihu Decoction retention enema with Merrill Lynch oral liquid in the treatment of fever, the total effective rate were 92% and 80% ,two groups in the clinical curative effect had significant difference in the antipyretic effect, and there is no significant difference. C.onelmion Baihu decoction has better reducing effect on fever,deserving the clinical expansion application.
