早期综合康复治疗对全膝关节置换术后膝关节功能的影响

目的：探讨膝关节置换术后早期综合康复治疗的方法与效果。方法：选取接受单侧、初次人工膝关节置换术的患者42例，其中男性14倒，女性28例，平均年龄64．80±6．78岁，术后早期进行关节活动度和肌力、平衡功能及步行等综合康复训练。随访6周，接HSS（The Hospital for Special Surgery KneeRating Scale）评分标准进行膝关节功能评分。结果：术后患者在疼痛、功能、膝关节活动度、肌力、屈曲畸形及稳定性方面均较术前有明显进步，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：早期综合系统的康复治疗可以很好的改善全膝关节置换术患者关节功能。

Effect of Early Stage Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy on Functional Prognosis of Total Knee Arthroplasty

Objective：To study the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation thereapy on functional prognosis of total knee arthrop｜asty. Methods Forty two patients with knee joint diseases were treated with artificial total knee replacement,and the postoperative rehabilitation training was conducted. Among the patients, 14 were males and 28 were females, with an average of 64.80 ± 6.78 years. Rehabilitation treatment included muscle exercise, joint mobility exercise, balance exercise, pace and movement exercise. All patients with TKA were assessed by HSS （ The Hospital for Special Surgery KneeRating Scale） six weeks after operation. Results The HSS scores of the patients after rehabilitation in knee joint function, motion degree, stability, pain, muscle strength and flexion deformity were improved much more than scores before operation （P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusions The rehabilitation therapy with early comprehensive motion training can well improve the knee joint function and the prognosis of the patients after total knee arthroplasty.
