从奇经络脉治疗创伤性坐骨神经、腓总神经损伤临床观察

目的观察应用中医奇经络脉理论治疗坐骨神经、腓总神经损伤的治疗效果。方法将180例患者随机分为2组,治疗组应用中药肌萎灵注射液、桂龙通络胶囊及中药外洗、针刺治疗,对照组应用中药复方丹参注射液、弥可保片治疗,3个月后观察疗效。结果治疗组有效率(93%)明显高于对照组(74%)(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后中医症状评分较对照组明显降低。治疗后2组神经传导速度均明显改善,但2组无显著性差异。结论应用中医奇经络脉理论可以有效治疗坐骨神经、腓总神经损伤。

Clinical observation of the treatment from extra- channel and collaterals for sciatic nerve and common peroneal nerve injury

Objective It is to observe the curative effect of treatment for sciatic nerve and common peroneal nerve injury using extra-channeland collaterals theories.Methods 180 patients were divided into 2 groups.Treatment group was treated with Jiweiling injection,Guilongtongluo capsule,Chinese traditional medicine washout and acupuncture.Control group was given Metheycobal tablet and Danshen injection.After 3 months the effect of the two groups was observed.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 93%,which was obviously higher than that(74%)in the control group(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese symptoms scores was significantly lower in treatment group than that in control group after treatment.The nerve conduction velocity was obviously improved in both groups,but there was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion It is effective to use extra-channel and collaterals theories to treat for sciatic nerve and common peroneal nerve injury.
