传染性疾病急诊科消毒隔离的管理

目的 探讨综合医院急诊科对传染性疾病消毒隔离的管理。方法 对2001年1月1日～2002年12月31日和2003年3月28日～4月10日中我院急诊科传染病的种类进行回顾性调查。结果 2001年1月1日～2002年12月31日急诊就诊患者总数178314人,确诊传染病共14种305人,2003年3月28日～4月10日急诊就诊患者总数2708人,确诊传染病共4种13人,其中SARS6人。结论 急诊科消毒隔离管理工作至关重要,要提高医护人员“标准预防”意识、各项措施到位,预防医院感染。

Management of Sterilization and Isolation of Contagious Diseases in the Emergency Department

OBJECTIVE To discuss the management of sterilization and isolation of contagious diseases in the department of emergency in general hospital. METHODS The cases of contagious diseases in our emergency department from Jan 1, 2001 to Dec 31, 2002, and from Mar 28 to Apr 10, 2003 were reviewed and investigated. RESULTS The total number of emergency cases from Jan 1, 2001 to Dec 31, 2002 is 178 314 , 305 of them were diagnosed with 14 kinds of contagious diseases; the number from Mar 28, to Apr 10, 2003 is 2 708 patients, 13 of them were diagnosed with 4 kinds of contagious diseases, including 6 cases of SARS. CONCLUSIONS The management of sterilization and isolation in the department of emergency is very important, we have to do more to increase the consciousness of "standard prevention" in our staffs, and make prevention methods to be settled to prevent the hospital infection.
