阴茎筋膜脱套式切除治疗隐匿阴茎

目的探讨隐匿阴茎的一种简便有效的新术式治疗。方法采用阴茎环切口阴茎筋膜脱套式切除治疗隐匿阴茎24例(A组),与其他方法治疗隐匿阴茎29例(B组)进行比较;观察手术时间、治疗后阴茎长度、包皮水肿及其它并发症等。结果两组术后阴茎显露充分,外观满意;随访1年以上均无明显退缩现象。A组手术时间较B组明显缩短,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),且包皮水肿持续时间较短,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论阴茎筋膜脱套式切除治疗隐匿阴茎术后阴茎显露效果满意,且具有手术简单、恢复快的优点,值得临床推广应用。

Treatment of concealed penis with sleev-resected inelastic fascia

Objective To present a new simple and effective approach to the correction of concealed penis.Methods 24 cases(A)in operation with sleev-resected inelastic fascia,this method was all firbrotic tissue of penis been resected until the whole penile shaft had been released.29 cases(B)in operation with other methods.To observed operative time,penis length after operation,foreskin edema and other complications.All datas been compared between two group.Results Sleev-resecteds operation in 24 cases turned out to be more effective than other method in 29 cases.The operative time and foreskin edema have existed significant differences between two group(P<0.01).All cases have had followed-up at least 1 year and satisfactore correction had been achieved.Conclusions The Sleev-resected's operation can effectively treat concealed penis and notably shorten operative time and lighten foreskin edema.The operation is simpleness and efficiency.
