摘    要:军队小医院在编制体制调整后,既要面对一系列实际困难,又要满足体系部队医疗保障需求,如何建设与发展是一道难题。笔者认为,军队小医院应着力培养核心竞争力,变"小专科大综合"为"大专科小综合",通过"大专科"的建设,推动医院的全面发展。

Taking Model of Large -special and Small -general Department to Promote Development of Small Military Hospitals

Abstract:The adjustment of personnel system brought new problems for small military hospitals that the reduced resources to satisfied the unreduced medical demands of the army and the development of the hospital.With the experience,the author proposed that the small military hospitals should exert efforts on cultivating core competence,convert models from small-special and large-general department into large-special and small-general ones to promote the overall development of the hospitals.
