| 摘 要： | 目的探讨慢性丙型肝炎患者的细胞免疫功能及细胞因子生成量变化。方法采用免疫技术对31例慢性丙型肝炎患者外周血T细胞亚群,红细胞免疫功能及血清中转化生长因子-β（TGF-β）、白细胞介素-2（IL-2）、可溶性白细胞介素-2受体（sIL-2R）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）及可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1（sICAM-1）等细胞因子水平进行检测。结果慢性丙型肝炎患者外周血CD4＋T细胞,CD4/CD8比值及红细胞表面C3b受体花环率（RBC-C3bRR）显著低于正常对照（P〈0.01）;CD8＋T细胞及血清中TGF-β、IL-2、sIL-2R、IL-6、TNF-α及sICAM-1则显著高于正常对照组（P〈0.01）。结论丙型肝炎病毒的感染可致患者细胞免疫功能紊乱,细胞因子过量表达。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of celluar immunity and cytokines in the chronic patients with hepatitis C.Methods The T lymphocyte subsets,erythrocytic immunity in peripheral and the plasma levels of TGF-β、IL-2、sIL-2R、IL-6、TNF-α、sICAM-1 were measured with radio immunossays in 31 cases duing attacks.Results The results showed that the T lymphocyte,erythrocytic immunity were lower（P0.01）and plasma levels of TGF-β、IL-2、sIL-2R、IL-6、TNF-α、sICAM-1of infection were sighificantly higher than those of normal controls（P0.01）.Conclusion This study suggests that the cell immunity and the release of nonspecific inflammatory mediators cause disorder in chronic patients with hepatitis C. |
