| 摘 要： | 糖尿病伴不同程度视网膜病变患者的尿液P/Cr比值及血脂和Apo A_1,B的测定结果表明,增殖型及背景型视网膜病变、无眼底病变与对照组比较尿液P/Cr比值,TG,Apo B水平显著增高(P<0.01);TC轻度升高(P<0.01及P<0.05),HDL-C,H/C比值,Apo A_1水平均显著降低(P<0.01)。

| Abstract: | In the paper, we determined the variation of urine protein/creatinine ratio (P/Cr), blood lipid, apolipoprotein A_1(Apo A_1) and apolipoprotein B (Apo B) in patients with diabetic retinopathy. The results showed that urine P/Cr ratio,triglycericles(TG) and Apo B in patients with diabetic accompany proliferative retinopathy (PR), background retinopathy (BR) and no retinopathy (NR) was significantly higher (P<0.001),total cholestrol (Tc) was higher slightly (P<0.01,P<0.05) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),H/C ratio,Apo A_1 was significantly lower (P<0.01) than that in control. |
