| 摘 要： | 目的:验证急性痔病从湿论治的疗效。方法:急性痔病80例随机分为治疗组40例、对照组40例,对比治疗前后临床症状与体征的积分变化以判断两组治疗效果、评估制剂临床运用的安全性。结果:两组治疗前后症状体征积分配对t检验差异显著(P0.01);组间比较:两组间水肿疼痛及渗出瘙痒治疗前后积分差值对比有显著差异(P0.01、P0.05),两组总有效率无显著差异(P0.05),治疗组控显率显著优于对照组(P0.01)。结论:消炎止痛膏能短时间内显著改善急性痔病症状与体征。
