早期锥颅抽吸加尿激酶溶解治疗高血压脑出血87例分析

目的 探讨锥颅抽吸加尿激酶溶解治疗高血压脑出血手术时机的选择、手术适应证及优缺点。方法 87例高血压脑出血患者均在7～24h内行床边锥颅抽吸加尿激酶溶解术。结果 全组愈后结果按GOS评分标准，恢复良好者44例（50，5％），中残30例（34．5％），重残7例（8％），死亡6例（7％）。结论 早期锥颅抽吸加尿激酶溶解治疗高血压脑出血具有微创、快速简便、经济、适应证广及效果较好的优点。

Treatment of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage by the Early Stereotaxic Aspiration and Urokinase

Objective To explore the optimal operation time, operation indication, advantages and disadvantages on treating hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage by the early skull-pricked pumping and urokinase dissolution. Methods 87 cases with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage that received bed-sided stereotaxic aspiration and urokinase within 7 ～ 24 hours. Results According to GOS,44 patients（50.5% ） were well-recovered,30（34.5% ） moderately disabled,7 （8%） seriously disabled,6 （7%） dead. Conclusions The advantages of the early stereotaxic aspiration and urokinaseu for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage include less trauma, easy and quick operation,low expense, wide syndrome adaptation and good effects.
