某医院心脏外科监护病房医院感染情况调查

目的]调查某医院接受心脏手术的患者在心脏外科监护病房医院感染的发生情况。方法]对2004年10月至2005年10月接受心脏手术的患者进行医院感染发生部位和感染率调查。结果]心脏外科监护病房共发生医院感染22例次，医院例次感染发生率为12．15％；其中下呼吸道感染8例，占36．36％；手术部位感染6例，占27．27％；上呼吸道6例，占27．27％；血液系统感染1例，占4．55％；其他部位感染1例，占4．55％。结论]心脏手术后医院感染发生率高，应引起重视，需采取有效控制措施减少医院感染的发生。

Investigation on Nosocomial Infection in Cardio Surgery ICU

Objective]To investigate the reason of postoperative infection in cardio surgery ICU of our hospital.Methods]The infection parts and infection rates of the patients among the cardio surgery ICU were investigated from October 2004 to October 2005.Results]Total 22 nosocomial infection cases took place.The rate of nosocomial infection was 12.15%(22181),lower respiratory tract infection accounted for 36.36%(822),surgical parts infection covered 27.27%(622),upper respiratory infection covered 27.27%(622),and hematological system infection accounted for 4.55%(122),other site infection covered 4.55%(122).Conclusion]The postoperative infection rate of cardio surgery ICU was high,it was important for nosocomial infection control to take effective measures and have research on risk factors of postoperative hospital infection in cardio surgery ICU.
