| 摘 要： | 目的:观察调解汤对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)肝郁大鼠模型血清中细胞因子IL-4水平的影响,揭示调解汤治疗UC肝郁证的部分免疫学基础。方法:采用复合法和束缚法的复合因素制作UC肝郁大鼠模型。检测正常组、调解汤组、柳氮磺吡啶(SASP)组、模型组的血清IL-4含量,并进行统计学分析。结果:调解汤组大鼠血清中IL-4含量较模型组明显升高。结论:调解汤对实验UC肝郁大鼠模型有治疗作用,可能是上调血清中IL-4含量而发挥作用。
