| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨陶瓷样异种骨(CXB)与骨髓基质细胞的生物相容性，为CXB复合骨髓移植修复骨缺损提供依据．方法：将理化处理制得的陶瓷样异种骨(CXB)与兔骨髓基质细胞体外复合培养，用倒置相差显微镜及扫描电镜观察CXB对骨髓基质细胞的形态、生长、附着及增殖的影响．结果：CXB对骨髓基质细胞的形态、生长、附着及增殖均无不良影响，显示出良好的生物相容性．结论：CXB具有良好的生物相容性，可望与骨髓复合移植修复骨缺损．

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the biocompatibility on Ceramiclike Xenogeneic Bone(CXB) with cultured bone marrow stromal cells(BMSCs). Methods: Bone marrow stromal cells were cultured with CXB in vitro, The affects on morphologic features,growth,attachment and proliferation of BMSCs were observed by phase microscope and electronic scanning microscope. Results: CXB had not any bad affects on the morphologic features,growth,attachment and proliferation of BMSCs, So CXB had good biocompatibility. Conclusion : CXB has good biocompatibility and it could be used to repair bone defects combined with bone marrow. |
