分化抑制因子-1在胃癌的表达及临床意义

目的研究分化抑制因子-1（Id-1）在胃癌的表达，探讨其与胃癌临床病理特征之间的关系以及在胃癌侵袭和转移中的作用。方法应用半定量RT—PCR方法和免疫组织化学的方法，检测Id-1在胃癌及癌旁正常组织中的表达。结果RT—PCR检测35例胃癌及癌旁正常组织Id-1mRNA表达率分别为91．4％（32例）和71．4％（25例），两者比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；免疫组织化学检测65例胃癌标本Id-1蛋白表达明显高于正常组织（P〈0．05）。Id-1表达与年龄、Bormann分期、肿瘤远处转移无关（P〉0．05），与肿瘤浸润深度、分化程度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期相关（P〈0．05）。结论Id-1在胃癌组织中表达明显增高，并与胃癌侵袭转移及TNM临床分期相关，可作为判断胃癌预后的指标之一。

Expression of Inhibitors of Differentiation-1 in Human Gastric Cancer and Its Clinicopathological Significance

Objective To explore the relationship between inhibitors of differentiation-1(Id-1) expression and clinicopathological parameters in human gastric cancer. Methods RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Id-1 mRNA and protein in human gastric carcinomas and the adjacent normal gastric tissues. Results The expression rate of Id-1 in the 35 cases of gastric cancer and adjacent normal gastric tissues were 91.4%(32) and 71.4%(25) respectively. The expression level of Id-1 protein was significant higher in gastric cancer than normal gastric tissues(P<0.05). The expression of Id-1 was associated with the depth of tumor invasion, differentiation grades, lymph node metastasis and but had no correlation with age, Bormann course and distant metastasis. Conclusion Id-1 might play an important role in the development of invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer.
