| 摘 要： | 本文报告不同术式对门静脉高压症病人血胰岛激素水平影响的临床实验研究结果。21例肝硬变门静脉高压症病人外周血和门脉血IRI、IRG水平均显著升高。DSCS和PAD能不同程度改善病人胰岛素血症,但未能改善病人胰高糖素血症;MCS术后胰岛素血症和胰高糖素血症则较术前加重。

| Abstract: | The changes of insulin (IRI) and glucagon (IRG) in both the peripheral and portal blood in patients with cirrhotic portal hypertension (CPH) and in those patients one week after portoazygous disconnection (PAD) ,mesocaval shunt (MCS) or distal splenorenal shunt (DSRS) were observed.It was found that the IRI and IRG levels were significantly higher in CPH patients than in the control.Both DSRS and PAD could improve the patients' hyperinsulinemia in different degrees but not their hyperglucagonemia.Both hyperinsulinemia and hyperglucagonemia were aggravated after MCS.The finding confirm that DSRS and PAD are the procedures of choice for the surgical intervention to correct portal hypertension. |
