110例酒依赖患者的常见血清酶、血脂水平分析

目的:了解酒依赖患者的常见血清酶、血脂水平。方法:应用0LYMPUS AU-400全自动生化分析仪,对符合CCMD-3诊断标准酒依赖患者110例,分别测定其常见血清酶和血脂,并与90例健康者组成的对照组进行比较。结果:酒依赖组的血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨基转移酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、肌酸激酶(CK)及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)等血清酶类指标显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。酒依赖组的血清三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-c)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01);其高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-c)、载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01);而总胆固醇(TC)两组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:酒依赖患者的常见血清酶类指标及血脂有不同程度的改变。应大力宣传饮酒成瘾的危害和酒精依赖的防治知识,对酒依赖的患者应早诊断早治疗。

ANALYSIS OF COMMON SERUM ENZYME AND BLOOD LIPID IN 110 ALCOHOL-DEPENDENT PATIENTS

Objective:To investigate the level of common serum enzyme and blood lipid of alcohol-dependent patients. Methods:The level of common serum enzyme and blood lipid of 110 alcohol-dependent patients diagnosed with CCMD-3 diagnostic criteria was measured by OLYMPUS AU-400 automatic biochemical analyzer, the result of which was compared with that of 90 health adults. Results:The level of serum enzyme such as ALT, AST, ALP, GGT, CK, LDH of alcohol-dependent patient group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the level of serum TG, LDL-c, ApoB was significantly higher too(P<0.01), while the level of serum HDL-c, ApoA1was significantly lower(P<0.01), but the level of TC had no significant difference in the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:Different degrees of changes are observed in the level of common serum enzyme and blood lipid of alcohol-dependent patients. It should strongly publicize the harm of alcohol addiction and the knowledge of prevention and cure of alcohol-dependence. Alcohol-dependent patients should be early diagnosed and cured.
