| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)在水痘病诊断中的临床价值。方法应用酶显色法检测105例水痘患者血清ADA活性,同时检测对照组80例丘疹性荨麻疹患者血清ADA活性,并进行比较和统计学分析。结果水痘组及对照组ADA值分别为42.39±12.26IU/L和19.88±7.25IU/L,两者ADA活性比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。在本研究的185例样本中,以ADA活性升高诊断水痘的灵敏度为0.93(99/105),特异度为0.98(79/80),Youden指数为0.93,Kappa值为0.92。结论水痘患者血清ADA活性升高,对诊断和鉴别诊断可能有一定的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of adenosine deaminase(ADA)in patients with varicella.Methods The activity of ADA were determined by enzyme kinetic analytical method in 105 patients with varicella and 80 controls with papular urticaria respectively.Results The activity of ADA in patients with varicella(42.39±12.26 IU/L)was significantly higher than that in controls(19.88±7.25 IU/L)(P<0.01).The sensitivity and specificity of ADA for varicella were 0.93 and 0.98 respectively,the Youden index was 0.93,and the Kappa value was 0.92.Conclusions The activity of ADA may be a valuable parameter for the diagnose and differential diagnosis of varicella. |
