丹阳市发展社区重性精神疾病管理的启示

目的了解丹阳市在卫XI项目重性精神疾病管理干预活动中的主要干预特色和成效,为农村精神卫生基本公共卫生服务的发展提供政策依据。方法丹阳市14个试点乡镇作为调查地区。主要采用资料收集、现场定量调查和专家咨询的方法。结果延伸精神卫生专业机构职能和拓展综合救助与社会支持机制是丹阳市在项目活动中的主要策略。经过3年的干预,地区患者的检出率超过2.5‰,患者治疗率超过60%,病情稳定（基本稳定）率达到98%。结论发展农村精神卫生服务,需要政府主导、多部门参与并发挥专业机构的骨干作用。

The Project Experience on the Development of Community Severe Mental Illness Management in Danyang County

Objective： To learn about the feature and effect of innovative intervention on severe mental illness（ SMI） management in Danyang County in implementing health XI project,and to make some suggestions for rural basic mental public health care development. Method： All 14 townships in Danyang County were selected as the sampling areas. Data collection,quantitative survey and expert consultations were adopted. Result： To expand the functions of mental health center in the county and ramp up the mechanism of integrated aid and social support were the major strategies in Danyang County. After three years of intervention,the local detect rate of SMI patients reached over 2. 5‰,the treatment rate was more than 60% and the stable condition rate hit 98%. Conclusion： To develop rural mental health care services,it needs the guidance of the government and the backbone role played by multi- departmental collaboration and the professional institute.
