| 摘 要： | 53例30岁以下卵巢恶性肿瘤患者均采用手术、化疗和放疗相结合的综合治疗,通过随访观察,了解到其疗效与治疗方法及肿瘤病理类型的关系,为今后治疗卵巢癌提供参考。

| Abstract: | In this paper we reported 168 patients with malignant ovarian turnouts treated at our department from 1963 to 1964,53 of them(31.54%)were no more than 30 years old,They were 10 ofⅠstage ovarian cancer,18ofⅡstage, 16 ofⅢstage and 9 ofⅣstage,In this group were 10 cases of overian epithelia tumours,28 cases of ovarian germ cell turnouts,3 cases of granulosa cell tu- rnouts,and 12 cases of metastatictumors,All of them were treated with surgical operation,chemotherapy,and radiotherapy,From following up,the results suggested the higher five-survlval in the patients with germ cell tumours and the worst prognosis in the metastatic ovarian turnouts,The relation between affecting prognostic agents such as hystologic type,means of treatment and the five-survival rate were discussed, |
