组胺受体拮抗剂在新型冠状病毒肺炎治疗中的应用及作用机制研究进展

新冠肺炎已造成全球范围内的大流行，迫切需要找到限制感染和改善症状的治疗方法。由于新药开发过程耗时，老药新用可能是解决现状的更好出路。有研究通过同源建模及基于靶标的虚拟配体筛选，提示组胺受体拮抗剂对治疗新冠肺炎具有广阔前景。继有临床分析显示H2受体拮抗剂法莫替丁对于改善新冠肺炎患者的症状和预后是积极有效后，围绕组胺拮受体抗剂在新冠肺炎治疗中的临床和基础研究也越来越多，并显现出比较可靠的应用前景。本文对组胺受体拮抗剂及其联合用药在新冠肺炎患者中的治疗效果及相关作用机制，以及组胺受体拮抗剂在新冠肺炎治疗中的前景作一综述。

Application and mechanism of histamine receptor antagonists in treatment of coronavirus disease 2019: research progress

COVID-19 has caused a pandemic worldwide and there is an urgent need to find treatments to limit infections and improve symptoms. Because the process of developing new drugs takes time, the new use of old drugs may be a better solution. Studies have suggested that histamine receptor antagonists have broad prospects for the treatment of COVID-19 through homology modeling and target-based virtual ligand screening. Following clinical analysis showing that the H2 receptor antagonist famotidine is positive and effective in improving the symptoms and prognosis of COVID-19 patients, more and more clinical and basic studies on the treatment of COVID-19 with histamine antagonist antagonist have shown a relatively reliable application prospect. This article reviews the therapeutic effects and related mechanisms of histamine receptor antagonists and their combination in THE treatment of COVID-19 patients, as well as the prospects of histamine receptor antagonists in the treatment of COVID-19.
