黄斑中心凹区脉络膜新生血管治疗研究进展

摘    要:黄斑中心凹区脉络膜新生血管(CNV)的临床治疗与基础研究均取得了较大进步,积累了丰富的临床经验和大量的研究资料。临床方面,光动力疗法及手术等在我国广泛开展;针对新生血管形成和CNV病变炎性反应过程的药物应用于临床也进展较快。基础研究方面,用基因疗法、靶向治疗CNV等领域亦取得了显著成绩。未来的发展趋势为多种治疗的联合应用,标志着我国黄斑中心凹区CNV的临床与基础研究基本与国际接轨。

Abstract:Choridal neovascularization(CNV) is caused by multiple etiological factors as one of the most common conditions of visual loss. In recent studies,a great progress in the clinical treatment and basic research of sub-foveal choridal neovascularization has been obtained. An abundance of clinical experience and great deal of research data have been accumulated. In the field of the clinical work,the photodynamic therapy( PDT) and operation have been extensively established in China. A rapid progress has been achieved in other anti-neovascular and anti-inflammatory agents applied in clinical practice. In the field of laboratory work,scientists have achieved great progress in gene therapy of choridal neovascularization(CNV) . Combination management will be possibly applied by influencing multiple mechanisms. All of these achievements imply that both the clinical work and basic research of sub-foveal choridal neovascularization in China have approached the international advanced technology.
