| 摘 要： | 目的探讨吸入糖皮质激素治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者的疗效。方法将稳定期COPD患者随机分为两组，实验组在常规治疗基础上吸入糖皮质激素布地奈德，对照组仅采用常规治疗，疗程均半年。结果实验组呼吸困难评分、6min步行距离、生活质量评分、第1秒用力呼气等指标均较对照组明显改善（P〈0.05），且急性加重患者的门诊和住院人次较对照组少（P〈0.05）。结论吸入中等量糖皮质激素布地奈德可减轻稳定期COPD患者的临床症状，改善活动耐力、生活质量和肺功能，减少急性加重次数。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effects of inhaling glucocorticoid in patients with stable COPD.Methods Patients with stable COPD were randomly divided into 2 groups. The testing group was treated with inhaling glucocorticoid Budesonide based on routine therapy and the contrast group was treated only by routine therapy.
