超声乳化白内障吸除术在闭角型青光眼治疗中的临床观察

目的分析超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗闭角型青光眼的临床效果。方法54例闭角型青光眼患者,根据不同的治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,各27例。对照组接受小梁切除术治疗,观察组接受超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗。观察对比两组患者视力、眼压、前房深度与房角粘连闭合情况。结果观察组患者视力(0.77±0.12)、眼压(11.33±7.56)mm Hg(1mm Hg=0.133 kPa)明显优于对照组的(0.57±0.06)、(16.50±9.68)mm Hg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者前房深度(3.53±0.51)mm、房角粘连闭合度(58.55±26.30)°明显优于对照组的(1.80±0.35)mm、(206.20±38.73)°,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对闭角型青光眼患者采用超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗的效果显著,有助于积极改善患者眼部视力与眼压程度,在临床中应当推广。

Clinical observation of phacoemulsification in the treatment of angle-closure glaucoma

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of phacoemulsification in the treatment of angleclosure glaucoma.Methods A total of 54 patients with angle-closure glaucoma were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 27 cases in each group.The control group was treated with trabeculectomy,and the observation group was treated with phacoemulsification.The visual acuity,intraocular pressure,anterior chamber depth,and adhesion and closure of chamber angle were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The visual acuity(0.77±0.12),intraocular pressure(11.33±7.56)mm Hg(1mm Hg=0.133 kPa)of the observation group were obviously better than(0.57±0.06)and(16.50±9.68)mm Hg of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The anterior chamber depth(3.53±0.51)mm and adhesion and closure of chamber angle(58.55±26.30)of the observation group were obviously better than(1.80±0.35)mm and(206.20±38.73)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification shows remarkable effect on patients with angle-closure glaucoma,which is helpful to actively improve the patients’visual acuity and intraocular pressure,and should be promoted in clinical practice.
