Abstract:AIM To study the chemical constituents from Actinidia chinensis Planch and their antitumor metastatic activity in vitro.METHODS The 95%ethanol extract from A.chinensis was isolated and purified by silica,Toyopearl HW?40 and p?HPLC,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.Wound healing and Transwell assays were used to assay their antitumor metastatic activity in vitro.RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated and identified asβ?sitosterol(1),3?oxo?urs?12?en?28?oic acid(2),ursolic acid(3),2α,3α,24?trihydroxyurs?12?en?28?oic acid(4),2α,3α,23?trihydroxyurs?12?en?28?oic acid(5),2α,3β?dihydroxyolean?12?en?28?oic acid(6),2α,3β,23,24?tetrahydroxyurs?12?en?28?oic(7),daucosterol(8).Compound 7 could obviously inhibit tumor cell metastasis in a certain dose?dependent manner.CONCLUSION Compound 2,7 are isolated from this plant for the first time,and compound 7 exhibites stronger antitumor metastatic activity in vitro.
