失眠症中医不寐五神分型脾型与肝型血清MT及5-HT含量特征研究

目的:探讨"中医不寐五神分型诊断法"脾不藏意型与肝不藏魂型血清褪黑素(MT)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量的特征性变化,丰富和完善"中医不寐五神分型诊断法",促进其临床推广及运用。方法:选择符合肝不藏魂型不寐患者121例、脾不藏意型不寐患者115例及正常对照组110例,分析三组血清褪黑素、5-羟色胺含量变化特征。结果:(1)对比三组血清MT含量的差异:和正常对照组进行对比,血清MT的含量在肝不藏魂组和脾不藏意组中相对较低(P<0.01),脾不藏意组血清MT含量最低;肝不藏魂组与脾不藏意组间差异显著(P<0.01)。(2)对比三组血清5-HT含量的差异:和正常对照组进行对比,血清5-HT的含量在肝不藏魂组和脾不藏意组中相对较低(P<0.05),脾不藏意组血清5-HT含量最低;肝不藏魂组与脾不藏意组间存在差异性(P<0.05)。结论:通过对脾不藏意组、肝不藏魂组及正常对照组血清MT、5-HT含量的统计分析,说明"中医不寐五神分型诊断法"脾不藏意型、肝不藏魂型血清MT、5-HT含量变化具有特征性。

Difference in Serum Contents of MT and 5-HT between the Pattern of Liver not Storing Soul and the Pattern of Spleen not Storing Idea in Patients with Insomnia

Objective:To explore the difference in serum contents of melatonin(MT)and 5-HT between the pattern of Liver not storing soul and the pattern of Spleen not storing idea in patients with insomnia,thus to apply and improve TCM"Five Gods"classification method in TCM.Methods:Based on TCM"Five Gods"classification method,there were 121 cases of Liver not storing soul,115 cases of Spleen not storing idea and 110 normal cases.The serum contents of MT and 5-HT were assessed in the three groups.Results:In terms of the serum content of MT,it was lower in Liver not storing soul group and Spleen not storing idea group than that in the normal group(P<0.01);it was lowest in Spleen not storing idea group;there was statistical difference between Liver not storing soul group and Spleen not storing idea group(P<0.01).In terms of the serum content of 5-HT,it was lower in Liver not storing soul group and Spleen not storing idea group than that in the normal group(P<0.05);it was lowest in Spleen not storing idea group;there was statistical difference between Liver not storing soul group and Spleen not storing idea group(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to the statistical differences in serum contents of MT and 5-HT among the three groups,it is shown that the changes of serum contents of MT and 5-HT are hallmark of Liver not storing soul and Spleen not storing idea.
