胰激肽原酶治疗糖尿病研究进展

摘    要:糖尿病是临床上较为常见的一类代谢系统疾病,其主要病理改变为血糖升高。长时间的高血糖会导致患者的各种组织,尤其是眼、肾脏、心血管系统及神经系统的慢性损害及功能障碍,严重影响糖尿病患者正常生活,降低生活质量,因此糖尿病及并发症应引起人们的高度关注。通过定期体检及日常血糖监测等方式及时检出确诊糖尿病,采取针对性的治疗方法进行有效治疗,确保患者血糖长期处于稳定状态,降低相关并发症发生风险。糖尿病的管理重点是生活方式干预,降低其他心血管危险因素,并将血糖水平保持在正常范围内。治疗的目标通常是HbA1c为6%~8%或空腹血糖6.5~8.0 mmol/L。胰激肽原酶在目前的糖尿病治疗中有着较好的应用效果,本文对该药物的实际应用进行综述,旨在为后续更多糖尿病患者提供用药指导。

Abstract:Diabetes is a common metabolic system disease in clinic.Its main physiological change is hyperglycemia.Long-term hyperglycemia leads to chronic damage and dysfunction of various tissues,especially eyes,kidneys,cardiovascular system and nervous system,which has seriously affected people’s normal life,and reduced the quality of life.Therefore,diabetes and its complications should attract peple’s high attention people’s high attention.Through regular physical examination and daily blood glucose monitoring,the disease can be detected in time.We use targeted treatment methods to effectively treat the patients to ensure that the blood sugar is stable for a long time and reduce the risk of related complications.The management of diabetes focuses on lifestyle intervention,reducing other cardiovascular risk factors,and keeping blood glucose level within normal range.The target of treatment is usually HbAlc with 6%-8% or FBG with 6.5-8.0 mmol/L.Pancreatic kininogenase has a good effect in the treatment of diabetes at present.In this paper,the practical application of the drug is reviewed,in order to provide medication guidance for more patients with diabetes in the future.
