| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨＂鲶鱼效应＂对护士职业倦怠的影响。方法：对全院护士进行职业倦怠调查,并运用＂鲶鱼效应＂影响护士的思想和行为,观察实施效果。结果：护士职业倦怠程度减轻且发生率明显下降;护理质量考核评分（基础护理、急救物品管理、护理文书质量、病房管理）均在95分以上,实施前后比较,P值〈0.01,差别具有高度显著性意义。结论：合理有效地运用＂鲶鱼效应＂管理,能充分调动护士工作潜能及积极性,从而提高护理质量。
