北京大学社区高胆固醇血症病人治疗控制现况研究

为了解社区人群中高胆固醇血症病人的基本状况 ,1998年秋季我们对北京大学社区 554名血清总胆固醇 (TC) >2 2 0mg/dl者进行了问卷调查。结果显示 :1.本组病人合并冠心病、高血压者较多 ,超重和有冠心病家族史者比例较高。 2 .95%的病人知道哪些食物含胆固醇高 ,而只有 37.2 %的男性和 4 4 .1%的女性目前饮食基本符合高脂血症膳食控制方案的要求。 3.TC >2 4 0mg/dl者 ,只有 2 1.6 %的男性和 2 4 .7%的女性最近 3个月在服降血脂药 ,未药物治疗的病人半数以上认为没有症状 ,治不治没关系。 4 .合并有冠心病的病人 6 0 %以上没服降血脂药。

Cross-sectional Study of Hypercholesterolemia Control in Community of Beijing University

To understand the basic condition of hypercholesterolemia patients in Community of Beijing University.Methods Data from questionnaires of 554 patients with hypercholesterolemia were analysed.Results showed:1.Hypercholesterolemia patients have higher incident rate level of coronary heart disease (CHD),hypertension and overweight than normal population and then also have more family history of CHD 2.Only 37.2% in male and 44.1% in female diet accord with the demands of hypercholesterolemia patients control diet program. 3.Only 20.7% in male and 22.2% in female are taking lipid lowering medicine in recent 3 months.4.Over 60% of the patients with CHD did not take lipid lowering medicine in recent 3 months.It is important to provide scientific diet control methods for patients with hypercholesterolemia and to improve treatment rate of patients with CHD.
