新会区某中学学生艾滋病知晓情况调查分析

目的提高中学生对艾滋病的认识,同时了解新会区中学生艾滋病的知晓状况,为今后采取针对性的AIDS健康教育策略提供科学依据。方法在新会区某中学开展预防艾滋病知识宣传活动,并分别在活动前后对3653名中学生进行艾滋病知识问卷调查,对问卷结果用SPSS13.0统计软件进行分析。结果宣教后中学生对艾滋病相关知识知晓率由82.32%上升至91.34%,两者相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,学生艾滋病知识主要来源于网络、报纸杂志和卫生工作者宣传等;高年级学生的知晓率比低年级高,男生知晓率比女生高。结论通过在学校开展艾滋病知识宣教可取得良好效果。

Analysis of the AIDS Knowledge among Secondary School Students in Xinhui City

Objective To improve the AIDS knowledge among secondary school students in Xinhui,and provide the scientific basis for the development of AIDS health education strategy in the future.Methods Promotional activities were organized in the secondary schools in Xinhui.Questionnaire type survey was then conducted among 3 653 students before and after the activities.Results were analyzed using the software SPSS 13.0.Results The percentage of student with AIDS knowledge was significantly increased from 82.32% to 91.34% after the promotional activities（P〈0.05）.Internet,newspapers,magazines,propaganda from the health workers were the sources of knowledge.Senior students had a more AIDS knowledge than the junior students,and the knowledge in the male students was also higher than the female students.Conclusion AIDS knowledge can be increased through the health education in the secondary school.
