2009年湖北省血吸虫病疫情监测结果分析

摘    要:目的 掌握2009年湖北省血吸虫病监测点疫情状况。方法 按照《湖北省血吸虫病监测方案》的要求,在全省血吸虫病流行区选择有代表性的207个流行村作为监测点,开展人畜查病和钉螺调查。结果 207个监测点居民感染率为1.30%,耕牛感染率为1.64%,活螺平均密度为0.49只每0.1 m2,感染螺平均密度为0.0007只每0.1 m2,钉螺感染率为0.14%。结论 2009年湖北省血吸虫病疫情得到了有效控制,但大量耕牛敞放,传染源控制难度较大,为防止疫情反弹,必须加强耕牛管理,落实洲滩禁牧、以机代牛等政策。

Abstract:Objective To understand the endemic situation in the schistosomiasis surveillance sites of Hubei province in 2009..Methods According to the scheme of the Hubei provincial schistosomiasis surveillance,207 schistosomiasis surveillance sites(villages) were selected and established.Schistosomiasis in residents and cattle were investigated,and Oncomelania snails were also surveyed..Results In the 207 surveillance sites,the infection rate of residents was 1.30%,and the infection rate of cattle was 1.64%.The snail density was 0.49 / 0.1 m2,the density of infected snail was 0.0007 / 0.1 m2,and snail infection rate was 0.14%..Conclusions The endemic situation of schistosomiasis in Hubei province in 2009 was effectively controlled,but free-range cattle make the control of the sources of infection become difficult.To prevent the endemic situation rebounding,the measures of cattle management,prohibition of grazing in islet and machine replacing cattle should greatly be strengthened.
