主因消化系症状就诊的艾滋病患者临床及血液分析特点

目的探讨艾滋病（AIDS）患者临床及血液分析特点。方法收集2005年3月至2009年3月本院消化科确诊的20例AIDS患者病史、临床表现及血液检验资料并进行总结分析。结果本组AIDS患者血常规普遍存在淋巴细胞比率、血红蛋白、红细胞总数下降;血生化大部分存在白蛋白、胆碱酯酶及白/球比率下降,乳酸脱氢酶、转氨酶升高,以及电解质紊乱（Ca^2＋↓、Na^＋↓、Cl^-↓、K^＋↓）;血沉普遍增快、C-反应蛋白升高、肿瘤标志物CEA升高及甲状腺功能异常常常同时存在。结论 AIDS病人常以消化道症状为主而就诊,临床及血液分析检查呈现多器官系统损害表现。

Clinical and Hematological Features of AIDS Patients with Digestive Tract Symptoms As Their Chief Complaint

Objective To investigate the clinical and hematological features of patients with AIDS.Method The data of 20 AIDS patients diagnosed by the department of gastroenterology in our hospital from March 2005 to March 2009 were retrospectively analyzed in respect of their case history,clinical manifestations,and hematological characteristics.Results Blood general test showed that the number of lymphocyte,erythrocyte and contents of haematoglobin were generally decreased.Content of albumin,cholinesterase and ratio of albumin to globulin also often decreased in serum samples,but lactic acid dehydrogenase,glutamate-pyruvate transaminase and glutamicoxalacetic transaminase always increased.Meanwhile,electrolyte disturbances usually appeared in AIDS patients.In addition,blood sedimentation sped up and C-reactive protein increase almost presented in every AIDS patient.Carcinoembryonic antigen increase and disfunction of thyroid gland especially free triiodothyronine decrease often accompanied with AIDS patients.Conclusions Digestive tract symptoms are generally regarded as their history of chief complaint for AIDS patients.In most cases,characterilistics of blood analysis of AIDS patients are presented with muti-systemic lesion.
