广州地区345例健康成人IgE水平的调查

目的建立本实验室IgE健康成人参考值,探讨IgE的水平是否存在性别、年龄、季节的差异。方法将345例健康体检者按性别、年龄和季节分组,空腹采血,采用电化学发光法测定其IgE的水平,将结果进行统计分析,IgE参考值取97.5%可信度上限。结果男女IgE的参考值分别为≤706.2ng/ml和≤769.56ng/ml,除性别差异有统计学意义（P〈0.001）外,在不同年龄组、季节组间,IgE水平差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 IgE水平与受试者性别密切相关,各临床实验室应根据受试者不同性别建立实验室内IgE的参考值范围。

A Preliminary Study of IgE Level in 345 Healthy Adults in Guangzhou

Objective To set up the reference value of serum immunoglobulin E （IgE） level in healthy adults for our laboratory and investigate if serum IgE level is related to gender,age and season.Methods A total of 345 cases of healthy people were divided into different groups according to gender,age and season.Blood samples were taken in fasting condition,and their serum IgE levels were determined by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay.The results were statistically analyzed,the reference value of serum IgE level were taken from 97.5% credibility limits.Results The reference value of serum IgE is less than or equal to 706.2 ng/ml in male and 769.56 ng/ml in female,respectively.The differences were significant between two gender groups （P〈0.001）,and there were no significant differences between different age groups and seasons （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Serum IgE levels are closely related to gender,the range of reference value of serum IgE in different clinical laboratory should be set up according to the gender of subjects.
