大理市下关镇市售猪肉、牛肉肉孢子虫感染情况调查

目的了解云南省大理市下关镇的市售猪肉和黄牛肉的肉孢子虫感染情况,为肉孢子虫的预防控制提供科学依据。方法选择下关镇泰兴农贸市场、农溪农贸市场、滇纺农贸市场、桥北农贸市场和西窑农贸市场共5个市场作为调查点,取猪或牛的腹肌、肋间肌、后腿肌、臀肌等部位为调查部位,每头猪（或牛）取一个部位,每个部位约取10g肌肉,共73份;在光学显微镜下鉴别虫种;对阳性样本,取5g左右的肌肉,计算每克肉中肉孢子虫包囊数;计算各市场猪肉和黄牛肉的感染率及感染度,分析大理市下关镇的感染现状。结果大理市下关镇市售猪牛肉的肉孢子虫（Sarcocystis）总感染率为31.51%;共发现4种孢子虫,即猪人肉孢子虫（Sarcocystis suihominis）、米氏肉孢子虫（Sarcocystis miescheriana）、毛状肉孢子虫（Sarcocystis hirsuta）、枯氏肉孢子虫（Sarcocystis cruzi）,其感染率分别为29.51%、1.64%、33.33%和16.67%,各市场的肉孢子虫感染率无差别;后腿肌检出率最高,为39.39%,但各部位的肉孢子虫感染差异无统计学意义;各农贸市场的肉孢子虫的平均感染度为1.35条/g。结论大理市下关镇泰兴农贸市场、农溪农贸市场、滇纺农贸市场、桥北农贸市场和西窑农贸市场的市售猪肉、牛肉的肉孢子虫感染率及感染度均较高,该地区存在人群感染的巨大隐患。

Survey on Swine and Beef Marketed Infection with Sarcocystis in Xiaguan Town,Dali City of Yunnan Province

Objective To study of the state of marketed meat with sarcocystis in Xiaguan County of Dali city in Yunnan province,providing data for control and prevention of sarcocystis.Methods 73 samples of meats from the abdomen,intercostal,hind leg and gluteal muscles were ontained from Taixing,Nongxi,Dianfang,Qiaobei,and Xiyao markets.All samples were examined for the presence of sarcocyst under microscope.The infection rate and the number of cyst per gram of tissue were calculated.Results 31.5% of samples were found to have Sarcocystis.4 different species of parasite were found,namely Sarcocystis suinominis（29.51%）,Sarcocystis miesherian（1.64%）,Sarcocyst hirsute（33.33%） and Sarcocyst crouzi（16.67%）.The percentage of contaminated meats in these markets was similar.The highest infection rate（39.39%） was found in hind leg muscle.The average number of parasite was 1.35 /g of tissue.Conclusion Meats with a high rate of Sarcocyst contamination were found in the markets in Xiaguan town,Dali city.People living in these regions are at a high risk of having infection.
