广州市番禺区人群b型流感嗜血杆菌多糖抗体水平调查

目的了解番禺区全年龄组人群抗b型流行性感冒（流感）嗜血杆菌荚膜多糖（Hib．PRP）自然抗体水平和儿童免疫后抗体水平。方法用酶联免疫吸附试验检测509份不同年龄组健康人群和80份健康儿童血清的抗Hib多糖抗体。结果人群血清抗Hib。PRP抗体总阳性率为69．4％，随着年龄的增长，抗体水平逐渐上升，31岁以上的人群血清抗Hib—PRP抗体阳性率达到80％以上；儿童完成全程免疫后，抗体水平增长，12～36月儿童的抗体阳性率达到78．9％，但未完成全程免疫的儿童，抗体阳性率较低。结论番禺区人群抗Hib多糖自然抗体水平较高，未完成全程免疫的儿童抗体阳性率较低。

Investigation of Antibody Level against Haemophilus influenza Type b Polysaccharide in Panyu, Guangzhou City

Objective To investigate the antibody level against Haemophilus influenza type b polysaccharide （Hib-PRP） of all age groups and the antibody level of children after immunization in Panyu. Methods 509 samples from all age groups and 80 samples from healthy children were collected, and the antibody level against Haemophilus influenza type b polysaccharide was measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The positive rate of antibody against Hib-PRP was 69.4% in whole population, and the antibody level was increased with age. The positive rate of antibody against Hib-PRP was above 80% in the crowd who was over 31 years old. After achieved the complete immunization course, the antibody level was higher. The positive rate of antibody against Hib-PRP reached 78.9% at the age of 12 to 36 months, but the positive rate was lower for those who had not completed the immunization course. Conclusion The antibody level against Hib-PRP of the whole population was not low in Panyu, but the positive rate of antibody for those who had not completed the immunization course was lower than those who had completed the course.
