鼻内镜鼻窦术后醋酸曲安奈德注射迎香穴的疗效和安全性

目的研究鼻内镜鼻窦手术后醋酸曲安奈德注射迎香穴的疗效和安全性。方法在住院准备行手术的慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉病人中随机设置对照组A、B和研究组各50例，对照组A术后予常规处理，对照组13术后强的松30mg口服14d，研究组术后第1天用醋酸曲安奈德注射双侧迎香穴1次（每侧各20mg），在术后第3、6、12个月进行症状和鼻内镜评分，监测血糖和胃肠道症状等副作用。结果术后第3个月研究组和对照组B的症状和鼻内镜评分都显著优于对照组A（P〈0．05），但这两组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），第6、12个月症状和鼻内镜评分三组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。术后第15天，对照组B血糖高于另外两组（P〈0．05），术后第30天．三组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。3例对照组B患者和1例研究组患者出现胃肠不适，在抗酸治疗后症状消失。未观察到有其他并发症的发生。结论鼻内镜鼻窦手术后醋酸曲安奈德注射迎香穴可促进症状和术腔恢复．安全性好。

Efficay and Safety of Triamcinolone Acetonaide Acetate Injecting Ying-xiang Points Post-Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

Objective To study the efficay and safety of triamcinolone acetonaide acetate injecting Ying-xiang Points post-endoscopic sinus surgery （ESS）. Methods Patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps prepared for ESS were randomly divided into the control group A, B and study group （50 cases in each group）. After the ESS, the control group A was treated conventionally, the control group B took oral prednisolone 30 mg for 14 days, and study group was injected with triamcinolone acetonide in Ying-Xiang Points （20 mg on each side） once. The symptoms and nasal endoscopy score were assessed in the 3^nd, 6^th, 12^th month post-ESS. Blood glucose and gastrointestinal tract symptoms and other side effects were monitored. Results The symptoms and nasal endoscopy score of study group and control groups B were significantly better than the control group A （P〈0.05） and no difference between these two groups （P〉0.05） in the 3^rd month post-ESS. The symptoms and nasal endoscopy score of the three groups were no significant difference （P〉0.05） in 6^th and 12^th post-ESS. Blood glucose of the control group B were higher than the other two groups （P〈0.05） at the 15 days post-ESS. Blood glucose among these three groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05） in the 30 days post-ESS. Three cases of the control group B and one case of study group had gastrointestinal discomfort and relieved after antacid treatment. No other complications were observed. Conclusion Triamcinolone acetonide injecting Ying Xiang Points post-ESS can promote the recovery and have good efficacy and safety.
