摘    要:目的探讨超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)对小儿浆膜腔积液性质鉴别的价值。方法收集2008—2009年本院43例浆膜腔积液标本,使用日立7600全自动生化分析仪检测积液和血清的LDH及蛋白含量,采用免疫荧光双抗体夹心法检测积液中的hs—CRP含量。结果hs-CRP检测对于浆膜腔积液性质鉴别的灵敏度为92%,特异度为93%。结论与常规方法相比,hs-CRP在小儿浆膜腔积液的鉴别诊断方面也具有较好的灵敏度、特异性,可作为临床小儿浆膜腔积液性质鉴别的指标。

Abstract:Objective To explore the diagnostic value of hs-C reactive protein (hs-CRP) in children with serous cavity effusions. Methods 43 samples from children with serous cavity effusions were analyzed during 2008-2009. Hitachi 7600 automatic biochemistry analyzer was used for LDH and protein measurement. Hs-CRP was measured using immunofluorescence double-antibody sandwich method. Results The sensitivity and specificity of this detection method was 92% and 93%, respectivily. Conclusion Compared with the routine methods, hs-CRP can be used as a biomarker for clinical diagnosis of children with serous cavity effusions.
