阜阳市职业暴露人群高致病性禽流感H5N1血清流行病学研究

摘    要:目的对阜阳市职业暴露人群开展高致病性禽流感H5N1抗体调查,明确是否存在隐性感染,了解该病的流行病学规律。方法于2009年5月、12月,分别采集颖上县城乡活禽市场、家禽规模养殖场、家禽散养户集中的地区、家禽屠宰加工厂等地职业暴露人群血清100份和93份,利用单放射免疫扩散溶血技术检测H5N1抗体。结果5月份采集的100份标本中,H5N1抗体阳性3份,阳性率为3.00%;12月份采集的93份标本中,H5N1抗体阳性7份,阳性率为7.53%;两次调查总阳性率为5.18%,两个月份比较差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1.16,P〉0.1)。结论在禽流感职业暴露人群中,存在H5N1隐性感染,感染与季节分布无关。

Abstract:Objective Antibodies against avian influenza A (H5N1) virus was detected among population with occupational exposure in Fuyang, the northwest of Anhui Province to study the possibility of subclinical infection. Methods Sera were collected from 100 poultry workers in May and 93 workers in December,who were working in the large-scale poultry breeding sites, backyard farms, and slaughterhouses in year 2009. All sera were detected with single radial hemolysis(SRH). Results Three of 100(3.00%) serum samples collected in May 2009 were found to be positive for antibodies against H5Nl and 7 of 93 (7.53%) samples collected in December were positive. The total positive rate was 5.18 %(χ^2=1.16,P〉0.1 ). No statistical significant difference was found between the sera obtained in different seasons. Conclusion Subclinical infection may exist among population exposed to poultry handling and have noting to do with season.
