珠江河口外环境及海(水)产品副溶血弧菌研究

摘    要:目的了解广州珠江河口地区不同生态环境中副溶血弧菌(Vp)的分布情况,为Vp型污染防控提供可靠的依据。方法根据广州珠江河口地区水网主要特征进行监测,定量分析按照GB/T4789-2003中的方法进行;阳性菌株采用荧光定量PCR法进行毒力基因的检测。结果外环境及海水产品Vp总阳性率为34.10%(671/1968);水产品的阳性率为47.50%(114/240),水体总阳性率为27.27%(373/1368),淤泥和水草等环境样本的阳性率为51.11%(184/360),大部分(118/120)不携带毒力基因。外环境Vp检出率与水体深度、潮汐、水温、pH、盐度等有关。结论广州珠江河口地区海(水)产品、海水等外环境中Vp污染严重,其中以贝壳类海产品最高,海水中污染率高于其他环境水体。

Abstract:Objectives To study the distribution of Vibrio parahaemolyticus(Vp) in different ecological environments of the Pearl River estuary in Guangzhou.Provide practical basis for prevention and control measures of food poisoning of Vibrio parahaemolyticus.Methods According to the main characteristics of environments of Pearl River estuary in Guangzhou,quantitative analysis were performed according to GB /T4789-2003.Virulence genes of positive strains were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR method in time in Guangzhou CDC.Results The total positive rate was 34.10%,in which the positive rate for aquatic products was 47.50%,water samples was 27.27%,mud and other environmental samples was 51.11%.Positively correction relationship were found between the incidence of Vp and some factors in the water such as degree of depth,pH,temperature and salinity etc.Conclusion The contaminated status of Vp of aquatic products and environment in the Pearl River estuary is serious and especially in testacean.
